During the 48 hours prior to the event, you can log in to our website using your email and password to check the address, days, and hours for ticket collection at our pickup point near the stadium.

Within 48 hours prior to the event, our Host will contact you to coordinate the meeting point. They will personally deliver the physical tickets.

Physical tickets will be delivered to the address registered in the system, usually on the day of the event. If the accommodation is a hotel, the envelope will be delivered to the front desk.
