Real Madrid tickets at Santiago Bernabéu Stadium are 100% digital and used directly from your phone. After purchase, you will receive your mobile ticket to add to your smartphone wallet (Apple Wallet / Google Wallet). Printed tickets or PDFs are not accepted for entry.

To enter the stadium with your official Real Madrid ticket, you must present a valid identification document. Only two forms of ID are accepted: a physical National ID (DNI) or a physical passport. In addition, you must bring your ticket, either printed or digital, depending on the purchase instructions.
